He is survived by: his wife Debbie Minor of Rockaway Beach; his daughters, Tracy Tapia of Winfield, Kansas and Tara Shanks (Oland) of Rockaway Beach; his stepson Cody Minor (Ashley) of Rockaway Beach; his siblings, Deidre Franks (Perry) of Miami, Oklahoma and Terry Minor (Pattie) of Harrisonville, Missouri; his grandsons, Caleb Tapia, Austin Tapia and Alex Skelton; and his great grandchildren, Aleah and Carson Tapia.
