He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Puckett and Lena Puckett; his siblings, George Puckett, Larry Puckett, Ralph Puckett and Anna Thompson; and his grandsons, Scott Puckett and Mark Puckett.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Puckett (Pfleiderer); his children, Susan Waller of St. Joseph, Rick Puckett of Rockaway Beach, Scott Puckett of Forsyth and Mark Puckett of St. Joseph; and his siblings, Jerry Puckett of St. Joseph, Raymond Puckett of St. Joseph, Joyce Moss of St. Joseph and Connie Davis of Kansas City, MO.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
