He is survived by: his mother Viola Lenhart (Woodring); his children, Dustin Smith of Springfield, Missouri, Stoney Smith of Springfield, Missouri and Mikayla Smith of Aurora, Missouri; his girlfriend Ginger Austin of Rockaway Beach, Missouri; his stepfather Terry Lenhart of Milledgeville, Illinois; and his brother Johnathan Lenhart of Milledgeville, Illinois. He is also survived by aunts and uncles; and many cousins.
