He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Proctor and Betty Proctor (McDonald); and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya of Kansas City, Mariah of Nashville and Danielle of Springfield, Missouri; and his brothers, Leroy of Waco and Tom of Webb City, Missouri. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
