He was predeceased by: his parents, Antone Gogh and Johanna van Gogh (Manders); and his siblings, John van Gogh, Kay Lingo and Josephine Emond.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine O'Brien; his children, Steven Anthony (Karen), Carol Laufer (Glennon) and Therese; and his grandchildren, Steven William Laufer (Jessiann), Daniel Joun, Katherine van Gogh, Alan Joun, Michael Laufer, Sara Laufer and Katelyn Laufer. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
