It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Hoffman (Rogersville, Missouri), who passed away on June 3, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ann Hoffman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sparks and Marceline Sparks. She is survived by: her husband Ron; her children, Jennifer Melton (Russell), Becky Bass (Brian) and Duane Hoffman (Amy); her grandchildren, Carla Sims (Austin), Adam Melton (Jessica), Lauren Coffie (Jace), Landon Bass (Abby), Brookelynn Bass, Stephen Hoffman (Samantha), Matthew Hoffman (Bailey), Timothy Hoffman (Eme), Malachi Hoffman (Aubree) and Haliana Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Olivia Hoffman, Benjamin, Lucy, Reagan Hoffman and Raeleigh Melton; and her brother Carl Sparks (Sue).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the One Community Church (355 North Missouri Boulevard, Rogersville, MO 65742). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that financial donations be made to Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a foundation Ann spent her final year making more than 40 blankets for.
