He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Long and Helen May Long (Elfrits); and his siblings, Leon Long, Christine Harris, Jim Long, Betty Lock, Mary Lou Cross, Paul Long and Darrell Long.
He is survived by: his sons, Ronald Long (Cindy) and Phillip Long (Heather); his siblings, Norman Long, Leroy Long, Bill Long (Carol), Jerry Long, Lola Dickens and Carolyn Hufft (Bob); and his niece Nancy Manning (Bo). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, other nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
