He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L Holden and Alice L Holden (Lubinski); his brother Glenn (Peggy); and his sister-in-law Lisa. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sue Moore; his children, Amanda Holden (Damien Banks) of Rogersville, MO and Joshua; his daughter-in-law Amy Holden of Bettendorf, IA; his daughter Holly Holden of Aledo, IL; his sister Patricia; his brother-in-law James Karasek of Fulton, NY; and his grandchildren, David, Kyle, Connor, Coltin, Atalee, Elizabeth and Izaiah.
