He is survived by: his children, Jacob Leeka (Karen) of Springfield, Julia Miranda (Joe Robinson) of St. Louis, Jon Wayne Leeka of San Antonio, Theda Mei Leeka of San Antonio and Jeff Richard Leeka of San Antonio, Texas; his grandchildren, Emma Louise Leeka of Springfield and Jojo Robinson of St. Louis, Missouri.; his siblings, Nancy Vaughn Worley of Keystone Heights, Jan Allen of Johnson City, Jeff Leeka (Joanne) of San Antonio, Jane Fruin (Mike) of Eugene, Jill Padua (Tenares) of Estero and Joan Leeka Mahan of Denver, Colorado; and his aunt Debbie Goodale (Rick) of Springfield, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
