She was predeceased by : her parents, Archie Booher and Geneva Booher (Moore); her sister Bessie Blackwell; and her grandchildren, Catherine Bitting and Aaron Smith.

She is survived by : her children, Thomas Bitting of Strafford, Rollin 'Bud' Bitting (Donna) of Grand Junction, CO, Dale Bitting (Elaine) of Lonoke, Ark, Charles "Chuck" Bitting (Carol) of Marble Falls, Ark and Laura Bitting of Rogersville; her grandchildren, Christy Bitting, Travis Bitting (Krista), Justin Bitting (Samantha), Mia Waldo (Andy Giljum), Richard Venable, Tim Smith, Eric Jordan and Erin Rains (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Shelby, Rylee, Kayden, Addyson, Noah, Dalton, Eva Mae, Everett and Ryker. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. D. Lee and Sons Funeral Home (7405 Ferrel Ln, Rogersville, MO 65742). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
