He is survived by: his children, Dayna Spencer of Rogersville, Missouri, William Spencer (Teri) of Fordland and Lyndle Spencer of Ozark, Missouri; and his siblings, Dotie Mills of Tennessee and Bill Spencer (Lynn) of Folsom, California. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
