He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Raymond Banner and Flora Hastings Banner. He is survived by: his brother Gary Banner (Joann); his nieces and nephews, Timothy Banner (Ashley), Amanda Stoll (Caleb), Roman Banner, Morgan Stoll, Levi Stoll and Charlotte Banner; and his uncle Al Banner (Jeannie).
