She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fisher and Norma Fisher; her daughter Angela Creason; her stepson Curtis Cummins; and her parents-in-law, John W and Mary Florene Cummins.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Cummins; her son Shane Creason; her grandchildren, Hunter and Katrina Creason; her stepson Mark Cummins (Melanie); her daughter-in-law Kara Cummins; her grandchildren, Kiley Woodruff (Tommy), Bryce Cummins (Taylor), Megan Cummins, Dawson and Xander Cummins; her great grandchild Ryker Woodruff; her siblings, Barbara Knight (Kevin), Frank Fisher (Madrene) and Steve Fisher; her sisters-in-law, Bonny Dean and Patsy McFarland; her siblings' children, Katie Woody (Jared), Miles Fisher, Jacob Knight, John Berry, Frank Fisher, Chris Fisher and Travis Fisher; her great-niece Leah Fisher; and her great-nephews, Andrew Fisher, Owen Berry and Memphis Fisher.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Shiloh Cemetery.
Pam was one of only a handful of riders that made every ride for 30 consecutive years for the Kidney Foundation's annual Ride for Life and frequently invited friends and family to join her on these rides.
