He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen H. Liebeck and Carol J. Handley-Claxton; his grandparents, Jerry, Alice Handley, Henry "Hank" and Jacquelyn Liebeck; and his uncle Jim Handley.
He is survived by: his wife Toni Slocum Liebeck; his children, Catherine Liebeck of Bryan, Kimi Liebeck of Rogersville, Kristian of Rogersville, Hank of Rogersville and Bo Liebeck of Rogersville; his grandson Waylon Noyes of Bryan, Arkansas; his sister Anne (Doug Stever); his nephews, Keith of Strafford and Jake Stever of Strafford; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Slocum of Marshfield and Tammie Hannagan of Blue Mountain, Mississippi.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Unity Spiritual Center (3233 S Farm Rd 123, Springfield, MO 65807). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
