He is survived by: his wife Carol; his stepdaughter Susan Bagley (Kenny) of Waterloo, IA; his brother Don Bickel (Linda) of Sallisaw, OK; his niece Sara Reyna; his cousins, Drenda Kudlac, John David Schroeder, Dan Schroeder, Bob Schroeder, Barbara Cunningham and Bill Norris; his granddaughter Dr. Larissa Bagley (Nick Wu) of Ames, IA; his brother-in-law Bob Stribley of Laurens, SC; and his niece-in-law Angie Combs (David).
Tony would like memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
