She is survived by: her husband James Bunton of Byrnes Mill, MO; her children, Scott Bunton (Carrie) of Arnold, MO and Tina Bunton of Byrnes Mill, MO; her sisters, Reverta Woolsey of St. Louis, MO, Nancy Birdsong of Rolla, MO, Sharon Birdsong (Billy) of Newburg, MO, Karen Wann of Newburg, MO and Cheryl Soest (Jamie) of Cedar Hill, MO; her grandchildren, Jared Cave (Rae Thomas), Jessica Talbert (Branden McDowell), Garrett Bunton (Claire Wells) and Jack Bunton (Zell Harrison); and her great grandchildren, DJ Cave, Jace Cave and Elaina Johnson.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Null and Son Funeral Home (1010 Kingshighway, Rolla, MO 65401). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions in Barbara's memory are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
