He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hall Winch and Ann Louise Winch (Rich); and his brother Sam Winch. He is survived by: his brother Steve Winch (Amy Salling) of Waikolola Village, HI. He is also survived by three nieces; two great nephews; and one great niece.
