It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn Jean Bissette (Rolla, Missouri), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 29, 2019, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Janice Smallish (Busse); her daughters, Kristin Dawn Behnen (Eric) of Florida, Amanda Abreu and Jamie Lynn Wright (Ryan) of St. Louis, MO; her father Bernard Weisman of Chicago; her fiancée Vic Surdam Jr. of Rolla; her brother Donald Weisman of Florida; and her aunt Sue Leach of Chicago. She was also cherished by other extended family members and dear friends.
