She was predeceased by: her parents, Roba Payne and Gladys Smith Payne; her husband Gene Jay; her sister Pauline Williams (Clarence); and her brothers-in-law, Ben Littrell, Joe Price, Roger Hyatt, David Lee Jarvis Sr. and Harold Stufflebean.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Ross of Rolla, MO; her stepson Richard Summers of Laurie, MO; her close friend Thomas Sidwell; her siblings, Arnold Payne (Yuni) of Leslie, MO, Jim Payne (Carmen) of St. James, MO, Roger Payne (Norma) of St. James, MO, Kenneth Payne (Clara Price), Gerldine Littrell (Carol Hyatt) and Donna Jarvis (Joyce Stufflebean) of Salem, MO; and her close friend Nicole Souza. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives; and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be given for funeral expenses to the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home.
