He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus E. Spencer and Elva M. Spencer (DeVore); and his grandson-in-law Daniel Waneka. He is survived by: his children, Patti J. Spencer of Rolla and Steven E Spencer (Marianne) of Naples, Florida; his grandchildren, Stephanie Waneka, Jennifer Kuzma, Jeffery Spencer, Thomas Spencer (Melissa) and Samuel Spencer; his great grandchildren, Justin Waneka (Cayley), Wyatt Waneka, Addalyn Waneka, Kyllian Higgins, Kayden Kuzma and Theo Spencer; and his great great grandchild Ellee Waneka.
