He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Forester and Rosetta Forester (Smith); his significant other Evelyn Forester (Manes); and his siblings, Junior Amos, Billy Ray, Paul "Sax" Woodrow, Raymond Thomas "Bogie", Betty Emmogene and Sharon Kay.
He is survived by: his children, Donald (Gayle) of Plad, MO, Paula Pelikan (James) of Doolittle, MO and Vicky Giacolone (Anthony) of Doolittle, MO; his grandchildren, Brittany Zigrye (Kurt), Cody Forester, Tanner Forester, Donavin Giacolone and Amber Carrington (Ryan); his great grandchildren, London Zigrye and Adalyn Zigrye; and his brother Dale William (Susan) of Newburg, MO.. He is also survived by his children were his legacy, his grandchildren.
