He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Wood Jr. and Nona Ellen Wood (Cox); and his aunt Wanda Sue Hartness. He is survived by: his wife Janet Wood (Davis) of Rolla, MO; his daughters, Jessica Wood of Rolla, MO, Jaime Wood (Isaac Emfinger) of Rolla, MO and Jacee Wood (Clayton Newburry) of St. Louis, MO; his sister Jerri Whiting of Lee Summit, MO; his grandson James R. Wood; and his sibling's children, Christian Whiting, Zoey Whiting and Gabrielle Whiting.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Null & Son Funeral Home (1010 Kingshighway, Rolla, MO 65401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
