It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Landon Pax (Rolla, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 11, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Charles and Betty Leathers; his uncles, Jack and Rodney Leathers; and his close friend Aiden Green.

He is survived by: his parents, Josh Pax (Maria) and Toni Leathers (Nathan Love); his siblings, Rosalynn Pax, Kayley Pax, Kennedy Pax, Ethan Pax, Quenton Pax and Morgan Swift; his grandparents, James, Linda Pax, Mark, Tracy Leathers, Kenneth and Ida McClure; his great-grandparent Dale; and his aunts and uncles, Miracle (Will Malone), Matt (Amanda Pax), Jason (Amanda Pax), Chris (Jessica Bland), Lorraine (Austin Shelnutt), Kendra (Andrew Lane) and Jeff. He is also survived by numerous great aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Child Life@Children's Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
