It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Emmons McKean of Rolla, Missouri, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 17, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Monroe Emmons and Louise Emmons (Riser); her husband Michael McKean; her son Hugh McKean of Loveland; her brother William Emmons; and her granddaughter Silja McKean.
She is survived by: her children, Summer McKean and Andrew McKean; and her grandchildren, Aria Kershner, Hanna McKean, Aiden McKean, Ellis McKean, Merlin McKean and Iris McKean.
