With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jennie Lee Johnston (Rolla, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 6, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Edwin Isom and Nedra Mayanna Isom (Blackwell); and her siblings, Harold Isom, Mark Isom and Sandra Isom.
She is survived by: her husband Jay B. Johnston of Vida, MO; her daughters, Sherry Sexton (Everett Mitchell) of Springfield, MO, Carrie Gebhard of Springfield, MO, Melissa Stone (Heath Yelton) of Springfield, MO and Samantha Russell (Steve) of Springfield, MO; her siblings, Doyle Isom, Jr. (Vicki) of Bourbon, MO and Jaman Long (Gregory) of Evansville, IN; her grandchildren, Nicholas Johnson, Jennifer Whitehead, Jacob Sanders, Catherine Wilson, Sarai Gebhard, Elki Gebhard, Jared Nave, Jaydra Nave, Devin Ries, Payten Ries, Juileon Ries and Jeanine Ries; and her great grandchildren, Marissa, Connor, Naomi, Luvlee, Sophia, Easton, Ashton, Jason, Jasper, Briar, McKenna, Emma, Adelynn and Taylor.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Null & Son Funeral Home (1010 Kingshighway, Rolla, MO 65401). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
