He is survived by: his children, David Embrich (Courtney) of Rolla, MO, Dustin Cook of Rolla, MO, Lance Cook of Rolla, MO and Joy Beyers (Matt) of Rolla, MO; his siblings, Howard Smith of Camdenton, MO and Kim Frye of Rolla, MO; and his half-sister Melissa Dalton (Shawn) of Lebanon, MO. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
