He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron S. Hodge and Josie M. Cook; his son Christopher Wayne Hodge; his siblings, Aaron, Chester, Russell, Arthur, Elmer, Herman, Clarence, Riley, Iva Hodge Yates and Marjorie Hodge Light; and his family Janette Hodge Cox.
He is survived by: his son Lewis W. Hodge Jr. (Willeen Hodge) of Moore; and his great grandchildren, Luca, Liam, Colt, Brynlee Hodge, Aiden Graves, Bliss Hodge, Trevor Appel, Emma Louise Smith, Mason, Jensen, Samuel and Sawyer Burns.
