It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Thomas Durnin of Rolla, Missouri, who passed away on May 10, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip A. Durnin (Evelyn Durnin) and Michael; his brother Philip Durnin; his mother-in-law Alice Durnin; his daughter Tracy Sue Hargis (Durnin); his son-in-law Steve Hargis; his brother-in-law Daniel Bagnall; Barb.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Bagnall; his daughter Kelly Lynn Thieme (Jeff) of Collierville; his sister Jane Durnin of Rolla; his nephews, Patrick Durnin and Michael Durnin; his niece Susan Roither; his siblings-in-law, Kent Bagnall (Lindsay) of Rolla and Dorothy Bagnall of Davenport, Iowa; his nieces, Cathy Impemba (Mario) of Auburn Hills, Michigan, Hannah Bagnall of Sarasota, Florida and Lydia Hardin (Dave) of Kansas City, Missouri; his grandsons, John-Michael Hargis (Soraya Cordero Hargis), Adam Thieme and Joseph Thieme; his great-nephews, Brett Impemba (Jenny) and Dan Impemba (Meggan); Lily and Rosalia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Null & Son Funeral Home (1010 Kingshighway, Rolla, MO 65401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
