He is survived by: his parents, Jim MacCash and Nina MacCash; his wife Marcia MacCash; his sons, Logan MacCash (Hillary) and Thomas MacCash (Lindsey Moore); his grandchildren, Rafe MacCash and Rory MacCash; and his siblings, Ricky MacCash, Rusty MacCash (Julie) and Mona Bautista (Chris).
