He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Barr and Verona Barr (Curran); his brother Jim Barr; his mother-in-law Shirley Harris; his brother-in-law Brian Harris; and his stepmother Henrietta Barr.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Barr (Harris) of Rolla, MO; his son Kevin Barr (Danielle) of Rolla, MO; his father-in-law David Harris of Rolla, MO; his siblings, James Drennen (Dionne) of Rolla, MO, Butch Drennen (Jill) of Rich Fountain, MO, Barb Medlock of Salem, MO, Carrie Belcher and Cathy Blake (Tommy) of Edgar Springs, MO; his grandchildren, Zoey Barr (Jakob Limmer) and Ethan Barr; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Randy's family to help with final expenses.
