He is survived by: his wife Donna Bales (Hill) of Rolla, MO; his children, Waylon Bales (Jessica) of Rolla, MO, Dwayne LaBarge of Mongomery City, MO and Stacy LaBarge of Kansas City, MO; his siblings, Oliver "OJ", Lief Bales of Rolla, MO, Mary Hudelson of O'Fallon, MO and Elaine Bullington (Don) of Troy, MO; his grandchildren, Ashley (Ben), Alley, Carson (Rachelle), Bella, Wyatt, Josie and Claire; his great grandchildren, Laine, Leo, Henry and Gianna; and his nieces and nephews, Carl (Carrie), Kylon (Alissa), Cody, Ashley and Cory (Ashley).
