He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Causey of Harrison, AR and Kim Zumbehl of Chesterfield, MO; his grandchildren, Jason Causey, Timothy Causey (Emma) and Stephani Biermann (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Ethan Causey, Paige Causey, Bailey Biermann and Braden Biermann.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Rolla Church of Christ or the Missouri Veteran's Home in St. James, MO.
