She was predeceased by: her parents, Ancil L. Forbess, Jr. and Bobbie Jean Forbess (Barnes). She is survived by: her husband Garry N. Hamlet of Rolla, MO; her sons, Gregory Pittman (Tara) of Rolla, MO, Cory Pittman of O'Fallon, MO and Justin Pittman of Park Hills, MO; her brother Rodney Forbess (Darlene) of Rogers, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Chase Pittman and Lorelei Pittman; and her pets, Bindi and Pip. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Rolla Animal Shelter or Phelps County Animal Rescue.
