He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow W. Shipley and Josephine H. Shipley (Baker); and his sister Mary Jo Matthews. He is survived by: his wife Jan E. Shipley (Hoeffken); his sons, Marc Ryan Shipley and Matthew W. Shipley (Ashley); and his stepchildren, Deborah and Lisabeth.
