She was predeceased by: her parents, George D. Simmons Sr. and Sylvia Pummill Simmons; her former husband Donald "Cotton" Riley; her daughter Marsha Langan; and her siblings, Nancy Miller, George Simmons Jr., Henry Simmons, Eugene Simmons, Delano "Doc" Simmons, Ruth Bell Huff, Mary Simmons and Sylvia Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Johns of Georgia, Donald "Spike" Riley Jr. of Marshall, Irvin Riley of Licking and Kerry Bradley of Windsor; and her siblings, Carl Simmons of Marshall and Carol Johns of Rolla. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
