She was predeceased by: her parents, George Homer and Daisy Bell Huggins (Stroud); her husbands, Everett Mercer and James W. Vinson, Sr. of Rolla, MO; her siblings, Mina Lee Moore, Eugene, Olen and Lehmon L. Huggins; and her son Randall Lee Vinson.
She is survived by: her sisters, Daisy Arlene Fisher (Leonard) of DeSoto and Norma Eddlyn Whitmer (late Richard) of Poplar Bluff; her children, Sheryl Arnhart (Melvin) of Festus, George Vinson (Mary) of Rolla, James W. Vinson, Jr. (Estella) of Shelbina, Paul Vinson (Sheila) of Bunn and Kerry Vinson (Tracy) of Herculaneum; and her grandchildren, Amber Marie, Amber Nicole, Augusta, Bill, Charla, Cristy, Darlene, Dawn, Emma, Gary, Hedwig, Juliana, Julie, Kerry, Kyle, Nicholle, Rick, Robert, Thomas and Timothy.
