He was predeceased by: his parents, Sharon Owen and Nance; and his children, Robert Garcia and Alaina Owen. He is survived by: his wife Junie Owen (Albert) of Rolla, MO; his children, Daniel Laguatan (Jessica) of McMinnville, OR, Joshua Toole of Potosi, MO and Emilie Toole of Branson, MO; his siblings, Rex Owen (Margarita) of Success, MO, Craig Owen (Chris) of California and Leslie Eller of Illinois; his grandchildren, Carson, Brennedy, Isabella, Jude, Joel, Isaiah, Alora, Alex and Addie; and his great grandchild Ronin.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (803 N Main St, Rolla, MO 65401). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the First United Methodist Church.
