He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene H. Whitehead, Sr. and Bertha Kencher Whitehead Snoody. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Whitehead; and his children, Dale Helton (Beckey) of Georgia, Jim Helton (Stephanie) of Rosebud, Cathy Hilton (Mike) of Dittmer and Pam Helton Bellinger of Sullivan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and many friends.
