She is survived by: her parents, Gary Edwin and Virginia Maye Smith (Fryer) of Gerald; her husband Eric; her daughter Ava McCormick of Rosebud; her mother-in-law Virginia McCormick of Owensville; her brother Jonathan Smith (Amy) of Washington; and her brother-in-law Craig McCormick (Jennifer) of Union. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
