He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Warren and Blanche Warren (Hayzlett); his wife Kathryn Marie Wade; his brother Laverne Warren; his stepdaughter Deborah Lymer; and his stepson-in-law Bill Hare.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Quinn (Rob), Helen Robinson (Otis), James Warren (Marcea) and Diane Samson (Chuck); his stepdaughters, Marcia Byergo (Andrew) and Trudy Hare-Gay (Bob); and his grandchildren, Matthew Quinn (Melissa), Jennifer Johnston (Brian), Jared (Lynn), Adam Robinson (Patricia), Joel Robinson (Rebekah), Corban Warren, Katryna Warren, Kathryn Baker (Dwight), Jillian Samson, Jackson Samson, William, Amy Payne (Alan), Gayle Rohlfing (Keaton), Marc Byergo, Bryson Byergo (Brooke), Drew Byergo, Erica Wheeler (Joe), Jessica French (John) and Wakefield Hare (Sara). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Lavelle's memory may be given to the Antioch Christian Church or the Rosendale Christian Church.
