He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wayne Bailey and Patricia Louise Bailey (Brown); and his siblings, Virginia Rose Bailey, Donna Bailey and Phillip Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, John Bailey, Nichelle Bailey and Danielle Bailey; and his siblings, Rick Bailey (Carol), Lindsey Bailey (Jill) and Ricky. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews along with great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sugar Creek Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
