As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Rosamond may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Caraway and Donna Vee Caraway (Campbell); her husband Loren "Corky" Chapin; her daughter Lauren Chapin; and her sister Romona Searey.
She is survived by: her children, John Chapin (Terry), Kristan Brown (Doug) and Robyn Cado (Mark). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to Wounded Warriors or Atchison Humane Society and may be sent in care to the funeral home.
