He is survived by: his wife Doris Toebben; his children, Sandra Welch (Luther), Stacy Toebben, Tammy Victor (Scott), Wendy Toebben and Corey Toebben (Kimberly); and his siblings, Alvin Toebben, Louis Toebben, Jerry Toebben (Shirley), Eddie Toebben (Sherry), Harvey Toebben, Lorene Brandt, Mary Jane Schafer, Agnes Schwartz, Darlene Russell, Debbie Peters (Russell) and Vickie Holtmeyer (Gerald). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
