He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lyman and Carrie Leona Morrow (Campbell); his grandson Henry Ehrhardt; and his sister-in-law Ruby Morrow. He is survived by: his wife Pam Morrow; his children, Tammy Hays (Steve) of Vichy, MO, Doug Morrow (Jamie), Ronnie Morrow (Patricia) and Sandra Ehrhardt (Shawn); his grandchildren, Rachel Williams (Clayton), Carrie Purvis (Lincoln), Hannah Harrington (Michael), Allison Morrow, Shelby Morrow, Georgia Ehrhardt and James Ehrhardt; his great grandchildren, Lillian Williams, Jaxyn Williams, Raeleigh Williams and Sterling Harrington; and his brothers, Bob Morrow (Eldon) and David Morrow (Charlene).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trimble Funeral Home - Russellville (5414 Simpson St, Russellville, MO 65074). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cole Spring Baptist Church (5922 Mt Olive Rd, Russellville, MO 65074).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Missouri Baptist Children's Home or to the American Diabetes Association.
