He is survived by: his mother Doris Perkins (Burnett); his wife Tracy Perkins; his daughter Heaven Moore; his grandsons, Colt and Xander Moore; and his siblings, Teresa Graham (Alan), Tammy Mann (James) and Matt Perkins (Ashley). He is also survived by many other in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
