He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Quertermous and L. Adelia Quertermous; his parents-in-law, Joe and Bernice Mullen; and his siblings, Phyllis Ludwick (Gary) and Jimmy Quertermous.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Mullen; his children, Kayla Quertermous (Megan) of Spring Bluff, MO, David Hawkinson (Kelly) of Mesa, AZ and Daniel Hawkinson (Jamie) of Flagler Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Owen, Adelyn and Josephine Hawkinson; his sisters, Debbi Ashwill (Jim) of Lake, Tina Quertermous of Rosebud, MO and Janice Quertermous of Rosebud, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Vicky Mullen, Janie Bacon (Emmett) and Robert Schultz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Franklin County Humane Society.
