He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Clark Pennywell and Margaret Pennywell; his grandparents, Lukey and Cora Pennywell; his stepfather R. E. Byrd; his son Troy D. Clark; his granddaughter Chloe C. Clark; his close friends, Mac Taylor, Lionel Walker and Hershey Johnson; and also Judge Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Andrew W. Clark Jr. and Anjelena Clark; and his wife Jessie Finley. He is also survived by six grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, dedicated family and loving friends.
