In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Charles had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Charles may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence L. Tate and Josephine F. Tate (Walukonis); his wife Alma Elizabeth (Betty); his brother Bob; and his granddaughter Amanda Elizabeth McMiller.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Tate; his grandson EJ McMiller; his great grandchildren, Geovonnie (Peanut), Elijah and Bella; and his siblings, Jo Ann Cruse, Nancy Clubb and Joseph Tate. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Lebanon Cemetery (11101 St Charles Rock Rd, St Ann, MO 63074).
