She was predeceased by: her former husband Keith Starks; her husband Robert Williams; and her son Rick Starks. She is survived by: her son Gary Starks; her stepsons, Gary and Terry Williams; her stepdaughters-in-law, Sheila Williams and Donna Williams; her grandchildren, Heather Starks, Tanya Martin, Garett Williams, Darren Williams, Robert Williams, Ricky Starks, Jennifer and Beth Williams; and her great grandchildren, Christian Williams, Faith Williams, Logan Williams, Morgan Williams, Christian Starks and Alejandra Starks.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home (11101 St Charles Rock Rd, St Ann, MO 63074). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
