He was predeceased by: his parents, Frieda Burgess and Dale Burgess; and his sister Sandra Goodwin. He is survived by: his sister Sharon Bernsen; his daughter Jenny Horne; and his grandchildren, Melista Claytor, Takenya Claytor and Misha Claytor-Shelton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
